Web User Agreements

Commercial Web sites should include user agreements that require users to abide by certain conduct. For example, access to the Web site is permitted only if the user agrees (checking the "I agree" box, for example) that he or she is over 18 years of age. For retail sites, user agreements include policies that the buyer must follow concerning warranty, shipping, returns, etc.
