Demand Letters

Attorneys almost always send out a "demand letter" on behalf of their clients before an actual legal proceeding (a lawsuit, for example) is commenced. Depending on the client's situation, the demand letter can be as simple as a demand for payment owed to the client, or cover several issues related to complex real estate litigation.
