SmartLegalForms, Inc., through its ground-breaking DirectLaw Virtual Law Firm Platform for solo and small law firms, enables firms to deliver “unbundled” legal services over the Internet for a fixed fee.  DirectLaw®  adds a virtual law firm platform to any law firm’s Web site and includes a suite of applications enabling lawyers to work with their client’s online.

SmartLegalForms is now pleased to offer a version of its DirectLaw platform to non-lawyer legal document providers and other organizations that provide law-related services directly to consumers.

This offering is consistent with our commitment to enable increased access to the legal system for all.  There are multiple ways to reach consumers, and the provision of legal services by lawyers is only one way of helping consumers solve their legal problems at low cost. Our tools and applications are made available by different kinds of legal solution providers, including court systems and federally-financed legal service programs to facilitate access to the legal system for all at an affordable price.

SmartLegalForms, Inc.,  was founded by Attorney Richard Granat in 1998  to provide affordable legal solutions to consumers and small businesses over the Internet. Since 1998, we have created and managed over 30 legal-specific Web sites that serve consumers and small business directly by offering automated legal forms and free legal information. With over a decade of experience in serving consumers and small businesses directly, SmartLegalForms, Inc., is uniquely positioned to provide a virtual delivery platform for legal document preparers and other professionals who want to provide legal forms and legal information to their clients and customers.
